PetroFacilities Consulting and Design, LLC is a specialized firm focused on upstream oil and gas facilities. Our team is made up of highly experienced engineers and designers who bring over a century of combined hands-on expertise across the U.S. conventional assets to complex shale developments, successfully delivering facility and pipeline projects across the entire lifecycle from early-stage design through construction and commissioning.

The company is led by Norman Dolezal, an engineer with over 22 years of experience in upstream oil and gas from small independents to oil majors and international EPCs both in the US and abroad. In addition, as the owner of SouthCentral Energy, LLC—with active investments in non-operated working interests, minerals, and royalties—he brings a true owner-operator perspective that enables practical, value-driven solutions for clients.
